Finally! Got everything working. Inside of teapot looks good now too. It was simply a normal flipping issue.Min samples: 16. Max samples: 64. Shadow min samples: 4. Shadow max samples: 8. Glossy reflection and refraction samples: 4. 35.5527 secs.

Refactored glossy sampling methodology to have only one forloop instead of two. Render time decreased by ~2 secs.

Reflections almost fixed. Now, it properly samples half-vectors instead of just blurring around reflections vectors, but the first sphere is a little less glossy than it should be?

Lowered cone angle further.
