Turns out my previous implementation wasnt actually bouncing like I thought, so this version actually bounces, which is why I had to crank down the quality settings. Antialias adaptive sample min/max: 9/36, 95% confidence. Soft shadow adaptive sample min/max: 9/25. Glossy reflection: 1 sample. MCGI samples: 8, uniform sampling. Render time: 0:09:07

So, no global illumination yet, but I technically did all the other parts of the assignment. So thats gotta count for something, right? :
