Indirect only

Photon map for indirect and direct illumination.

Photon and caustics maps used for indirect. 1.5 radius, 500 max search photons. 1 million photons for each map. 8-64 samples at 0.01 error: 3min12sec.

Refactored photon power and rendered direct illumination. Looking much more correct.
