Use a larger radius = 0.5, and increase max photons to 1K.

Direct lighting is path traced. Diffuse GI and caustics paths are using photon mapping. Only Glossy paths are will continue and path traced. Time = 40s

both DI and GI use photon mapping. 128 spp. 10M photons. 5 bounces. Path tracing pass = 58s.
