
Denoised final render. 1000000 caustics photons, many many spp. Rendered progressively for ~4 hours. The purpose of this scene was to see how traditional style incandescent Christmas lights might look, and I think it turned out super well.
Sources and attributions:
Christmas light and wire models were made by me in blender with geometry nodes and python scripting to arrange them in the scene. Present texture also made by me. The teapot is the same one we have been using for the other projects.
All of the 3d objects were modified somewhat by me, either scaling them or correcting positions/normals. Converted to .obj format if they didn't have it available.
